Research & Development
The objective of providing the highest quality products and services at the lowest cost will simply remain just a goal if there is no research and development (R&D) program. It is only through R&D that we can increase the yield and quality of our products while reducing production cost.

Processing
Any product that is grown on the farm (whether used fresh, dry, or in any other from) requires some level of cleaning, processing, and packaging. As a consequence, being involved in processing is quite natural for us.
Processing affords us additional savings that we can pass on to our clients while presenting us with the opportunity to expand the type of products and services we can offer our clients.
Farming
Farming allows us to provide unique products and services to our clients. It permits us to grow locally when supply is limited. It gives us control over herbicide and pesticide use. It presents us with the opportunity to offer unique custom growing to our clients. It reduces our cost of obtaining products by taking the middlemen out of the supply chain; a saving that we can pass on to our customers. Aside from giving us a satisfaction for producing, farming makes it possible for us to implement vertical integration of our supply chain.
Import and Export
Even though this land of plenty has afforded us with the opportunity to share its plenty with the rest of the world through our exports, there are some instances when it becomes necessary to import. This is particularly true when it comes to some medicinal herbs that are unique to only a few regions of the earth.
We offer this service for the convenience of our clients.
